CND Shellac

	What started out as a bet between a husband and wife turned into reality in 1989. Catherine Russell bet her husband, Tim Russell, that she could open a successful nail salon in Point Pleasant after attending and graduating from Capri. With a lot of hard work this bet became reality in 1989. The place? Nailz Etc. Nailz etc. opened it's doors in 1989 on Bridge Avenue in Point Pleasant, NJ. as the only salon of it's kind at the time --a nails-only salon. This idea took off and made Nailz etc. a huge success. Specializing in all phases of nail care, the new nail salon catered to women looking for a little pampering and a little time away from the realities of life. Cathy hired nail technicians that were willing to work hard and make every woman's experience in her salon a relaxed and friendly one. In 1991, Nailz Etc. moved from their Bridge Avenue location to its current home-2608 Route 88 in Pt. Pleasant. New services were added along the way. A private waxing room was created in order to provide clients with all types of body waxing. As the years have gone by the salon grew more successful. Fast forward to the year 2004. Major renovations took place in the salon. Nailz Etc. wanted to build on its success and offer clients more. The salon's interior received a face lift complete with new manicuring tables, new whirlpool pedicure lounges, as well as great interior design by Cathy herself. In early 2005, more changes were added to the list. This time: Hair and facial services. Nailz Etc. added these services to their menu and received much enthusiasm from it's clients. Though the salon has changed to offer their clients more, there's one thing that hasn't changed: the friendly and relaxed atmosphere it has always had!
